At AJ Trading Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent 30-day return policy, in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, returned items must:

    • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories

    • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g. cosmetics, undergarments)

  • Customized or personalized products  

 

🎁 Holiday Return Extension (Optional)

For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, we extend the return window to January 15 of the following year.

 

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for size, color, or product (if in stock)

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless:

    • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Please include photos if your item arrived damaged or defective.
